This website sells digital products (PDF and ePub files).
Digital products cannot be physically returned and are delivered electronically via download link after purchase.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, returns and exchanges are not possible.

If you experience technical issues with your download, we will assist you promptly.

3. Withdrawal Rights (EU / Germany)

3.1 Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Under § 356 Abs. 5 BGB, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content (not supplied on a physical medium) expires when:

  1. You expressly agree that the contract is executed before the withdrawal period ends, and
  2. You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once the download begins or the file is made available.

Therefore, before completing your order, you will be asked to confirm:

“I expressly agree that the execution of the contract begins before the withdrawal period ends. I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the digital content is made available for download.”

Once you provide this confirmation and the download link becomes available, your right of withdrawal expires immediately.

3.2 No Refunds After Download Availability

Because the right of withdrawal expires at the moment digital content is provided, refunds are not possible once the download link has been delivered or accessed.

4. Technical Issues

If the file you purchased:

  • cannot be opened,
  • is damaged,
  • or you experience technical difficulties,
