1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of digital products (PDF and ePub files) made through this website.
By completing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions in their current version.

The seller operates as a Kleinunternehmer according to § 19 UStG.
No VAT is charged.

3. Nature of the Products

All products offered on this website are digital content delivered electronically (PDF/ePub).
No physical goods are shipped.

The customer receives a download link after payment is completed.

4. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is formed when the customer:

  1. Places the digital product in the shopping cart
  2. Enters their personal information
  3. Accepts these Terms & Conditions
  4. Clicks the legally binding “Buy Now” button
  5. Receives an order confirmation email

5. Prices

All prices are final prices according to § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung).
VAT is not charged.

6. Payment Methods

Payment can be made using the methods offered during checkout, such as:

  • PayPal
  • Other methods listed during checkout

Payment is due immediately upon purchase.

7. Delivery of Digital Content

Delivery is digital only.
The customer receives:

  • Immediate access to the download page after payment
  • A confirmation email with the download link
  • A ZIP file containing PDF and ePub formats

Delivery is considered fulfilled once the download link has been made available.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

8.1 No withdrawal after download availability

Digital products require the customer’s explicit consent to the immediate execution of the contract.

Before completing the purchase, the customer must confirm:

„Ich stimme ausdrücklich zu, dass mit der Ausführung des Vertrags vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist begonnen wird. Mir ist bekannt, dass ich mit Beginn der Ausführung des Vertrags mein Widerrufsrecht verliere.“

In accordance with § 356 Abs. 5 BGB, the statutory right of withdrawal expires as soon as the digital content is made available for download.

8.2 No refunds for digital products

Once the download link has been provided or downloaded, no refunds are possible.

9. Copyright and Usage Rights

All digital content is protected by copyright.
The purchase grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.

The customer is not permitted to:

  • Share, distribute, upload, or resell the files
  • Modify or reproduce the content beyond personal use
  • Make the content publicly accessible

Unauthorized distribution may result in legal consequences.

10. Technical Requirements

The customer is responsible for ensuring that their device can open PDF and ePub files.
If technical issues arise, support will be provided to restore download access.

11. Liability

The seller is liable only for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence.
Further liability—especially for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of data—is excluded unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

For support or questions related to the product or download:

13. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law.
